Environmental Document

Environmental Document is needed by project or project owners along with other permits before building a hotel or villa in Lombok. The environmental documents are called UKL/UPL (Environmental Management/Environmental Supervision) and AMDAL (Environmental Impact Analysis).

Project owners shall apply for the above mentioned environmental documents to Regional Environmental Agency. The requirements to be prepared and procedures to go through are slightly different from one region to another. However, the common requirements are as follows:

Land Certificate
Paid Land Tax Bill
Tax Number (NPWP)
Registration Number (TDP)
Trade License (SIUP)
Business Location License
Hinder Ordinance/Hinder Ordonnantie (Dutch) License (HO )
Project Location Permit
Building Permit

Hotel & Villas Built by Individual:

ID Card
Land Certificate
